Terms and Conditions:

1. PAYMENT: 50% Down payment; 50% Balance: after completion of project.

2. Completion date: 25 working days (maximum) upon receipt of down payment.
3. Municipal Permits, Building Permits & other licenses shall be on the account of the client.
4. Client shall supply the power source (electricity) needed during installation.
5. We are not liable for any damage cause by nature such as typhoon, earthquake and the like. For these instances any repair will be charged to client's account.
6. Any additional and alterations which are not included in this proposal shall be to the client's account.
