Instructions

1 Find this Green Leader AU_Time Log_TEMPLATE (navigate to "Find Staff Resources")

2 Download the form to your computer, and rename the file. Replace TEMPLATE with your LAST
NAME_FIRST INITIAL, e.g., "Green Leader AU_Time Log_Pi-Sunyer_J"

3 On "Time Log" tab, enter this information:

Your name (cell B3)
Your school (cell B4)
Select up to four Green Leader activity areas you are seeking, using the drop down menus (cells
B7, C7, D7 and E7 - click on each cell, the click on the triangle in the lower right of each cell, and
select which the activity area)

4 As you work on a specific greening activity during non-compensated time enter the date (in the
9/1/19 format) and length of time worked into the spreadsheet (in hours or fractions of an
hour)
Common fractions of an hour:
10 min = 0.17
15 min = 0.25
20 min = 0.33
30 min = 0.50
45 min = 0.75

5 Each time you submit your documentation for review (see dates below), insert the current date
by "Submission Date" and upload your file to your website or PowerPoint. You may also link to
it in OneDrive/365 or Google Docs, but remember to give Joanna permission to view it.
