structural, pre-commissioning & commissioning.

knowledge of industrial piping and plant operations.

Well Connection Project Supervisor (Piping/Mechanical Scope)

 To prepare for site preparation dredging, lifting activity for installation of conductor pile and well head
platform installation prior arrival of drilling rig.
 To review drawing issued by Company, such as piping plan and lay out, isometric drawing, structural drawing,
well platform drawing, then to perform site visit to check if any obstruction or problem found on site.
 To submit drawing revision, in case of found any obstruction/modification while piping/structure
installations, as per approval by Balikpapan Office.
 To prepare work permit and man power required for the project with consideration to work load, time
allowance, construction methods and any possibility of unusual circumstances.
 To supervise piling and platform installation activity, transfer piping spool and other materials, all lifting
activity which performed by crane barge, as well as to prepare lifting operation plan (LOP) and the
calculation.
 To manage all aspects of piping and structural construction job, including supervising and coordinating all
preparation, modification/fabrication and testing for piping system components as per applicable code,
drawing and COMPANY’s requirements.
 To ensure that all piping and structural construction job and activities are performed safely and efficiently.
 To supervise welding activity and any other hot job activity (grinding and cutting, etc), ensure all employees
follow health and safety procedure, using proper PPE as per requirements. All welding activity done as per
valid WPS.
 To coordinate with QA/QC department for setup and prepare NDT activities, hydrotest .
 To coordinate with Commissioning team for pre-commissioning and commisioning activity, including leak test
activity, site check for as-built drawing.
 To coordinate with contractor representatives for issuing of work punch list (as per, recommendations from
Commisioning team), as built drawing.
 To ensure that construction hazards and risks are fully considered and any appropriate mitigation actions are
implemented, as per guidance by JRA (job risk assessment) and work permit requirements.

Senior Construction Supervisor - Piping & Mechanical

 To plan, manage and supervise all mechanical and piping construction activities to ensure all the works are
carried out as per COMPANY specification and schedule, Installation of piping system, tanks and steel
structures by using plan/engineering drawing, isometric drawing, and P&ID’s.
 To plan and manage piping tie-ins schedule and shut down activities, including to review procedure , isolation
list and method, drawing, fabrication, spool and installation/welding activity.
 To check ISO’s drawing, release for pre-fabrication spool based on the priority and material availability.
 To review P&ID’s, piping plan, isometrics and equipment drawing for each job item as per planning.
 To supervise maintenance and repair/replacement activity of piping and structural, including pipe support,
platform structure, valves, as per job scope and COMPANY standards.
 To play an active role in ensuring that all COMPANY HSE goals are achieved and always to promote safety
behavior among all co-workers and sub ordinates, and to exceed COMPANY HSE goals where possible.
 To actively supervise the contractors (EPC) piping construction activities to ensure that all construction
activities (piping, mechanical and structural) is planned and executed as per job scope, schedule, cost and
resources, with respect of safety, quality, health and environment.
 To supervise vessel or tank repair activity, both internal and external, including confined space activity. To
ensure that contractors (EPC) perform their job as per COMPANY standards, industrial code, WPS and
completed as per schedule, but still within the HSE requirements.
 To co-ordinate with another entity such as Pipeline Integrity Team for pigging project, to ensure that piping
construction for pigging activity is built into the approved design and in line with construction priorities.
 To advise and support Construction Superintendent in solving technical issues related to construction job in
the area of my responsibility.
 To review WPS from Inspection Department, and ensured that contractor’s welder performing their job as
per requirements.
 To co-ordinate with inspection team (QA/QC) for witnessing all field piping test, including hydro test, dye
penetrant, UT and any other NDT which required by the COMPANY.
 To review all site work, work progress report and to prepare the punch list for the contractor.
 To issue Work Completion Report.

 To supervise all crane barge operation, including cargo transfer operation/lifting/loading and back loading
(piping equipment, gin pole, platform, etc), piling/construction activity and dredging activity.

 To prepare and to advise Barge Master regarding anchor handling operation (anchor pattern), and sequence
of the job, avoid any critical area such as river crossing pipelines, live facilities, and oil&gas installation.
 To perform inspection regularly all of lifting/rigging equipment such as sling, shackle, wire, personal basket,
and any other lifting equipment as per standard (color coded) and all of marine spreads as supporting units
(tug boat, AHT, hopper barge) to ensure the safety of the marine operation.
 To monitor HSE implementation on all aspect of crane barge activity, as per contract policy from the
COMPANY and issued anomaly report if found any discrepancy.
 To prepare work permit (both hot and cold, depending on kind of job to be done), attending daily work
permit meeting.
 To prepare lifting opration plan (LOP) and SWL calculation for lifting activity, advising to Barge Master if
necessary.
 To perform safety talk and risk assessment before entering new site/location or when performing new job
with additional risk)
 To prepare and to plan for daily activity of crane barge as per 4 weeks looks ahead plan from site office; avoid
any ‘no activity time’, which considered as loss time for crane barge.
 To report to site office regarding project progress every morning and estimation of time remaining for current
project.
