Decision Problem

 Earphones are becoming more popular accessories in listening to music from mobile devices
and they are preferable than headphones as the former can be more expensive than the
latter . But most earphones have the tendency to fall off from the listener’s ears and this
disrupt their experience in indulging their desired songs . And for some earphones , they
could be uncomfortable to wear due to their poor ergonomic design .

Project Objectives

 We would like to come up with accessories that would revolutionize the way we hear music .
The idea is that music should not only be heard from earphones but from other clothing
items as well such as shirts , headwear and necklaces . This would allow the listener to enjoy
quality music wherever they go without having to worry about using an earphone or
headphones .

Project Tasks

 Form a startup enterprise complete with analysis on enterprise profile , management and
assets .
 Brainstorm ideas that would solve our decision problem .
 Survey on potential customers that would be interested in our product
 Design the product that could solve the decision problem
 Draft marketing plan to spread the work about the product
 Present a plan to require financial assistance from banks and investors .
 Start manufacturing and distributing the product to consumers
 Provide financial analysis from all activities and review sales after ten years

1. Performing market analysis with relevant data including potential customers , studying
potential competitors and surveying buying patterns

1. Allocate plans for distributing the products in the market which includes plans for
business , operational and marketing .
2. Predict sales forecasts based on relevant data .

1. Setting up organizational structure and management team .
2. Setting up manning requirements including salaries for each personnel based on position

1. In charge of all the funding that flows in and out of the company .
2. Monitoring all profits and losses obtained from sales
3. Yielding breakeven analysis from profits and losses
4. Provide details on all financial activities including business , marketing and operational .
