I. Set the Meeting

On December, 12th 2018 Ms.Tio Renta Hutahaean and Ms. Choirunnisa decided
to do cooperation meeting between Fire Indonesia and Catering business with all staffs
related to this cooperation meeting. Staffs from Fire Indonesia that will attend to this
cooperation meeting are Ms.Tio Renta Hutahaean as catering division, Ms.Choirunnisa
as Marketing division, Ms. Elvaretta Dian as Finance and Ms.Yuridissita Muslim as
sponsorship.

Ms.Choirunnisa : Ms.Tio Renta Hutahaean, can we make a schedule time to meeting

in 2 weeks? We need talk about cooperation with catering business.
Have you find the good catering business to our company?
Ms. Tio Renta : Yes, I also think so. So, when we hold the meeting? Yes, I already
Hutahaean find out the good catering business.
Ms.Choirunnisa : Ok then, how about Friday, December, 28th 2018, at 14.00? I will
tell with related division to attended this meeting.
Ms.Tio Renta : Okay, how about the place to do this meeting ?

meeting with the other company.

Owner : Good morning all, how are you? how the project progresses with the

xyz company to provide lunch for the employees

Marketing : a price agreement has been made, the implementation will be
discussed next week with the production division
Owner : Good, so we just start the meeting today. Arli, can you please
explain about the company that will invite us to cooperate?
Marketing : Yes Mrs, so, from Fire Airlines company contacted me to
collaborate in providing food menus on every Fire Airlines flight .
Produksi : it means we will add more cooperation with FIRE airlines
company?
Owner : yes right, is the production division ready to serve FIRE Indonesia

Ms. Yuridissita : I’m sorry I’m late because on lodaya road is jammed from the client
for business too.

Ms. Elvaretta : That’s so crowded, do you know jalan duren sawit? They had a very
long traffic jam and I can’t imagine why the police can’t arrange the
traffic. It’s very tired to be there.”
Ms. Tio Renta : ohh, in duren sawit street always there is traffic jam. I always

Mrs. Tio Renta : so, our airlines have 3 menu for each food and beverage in
Hutahaean economic class and 5 menu for each food and beverage in Business
class. For every single flight routes we give the special menu, in
example flight route to Kualanamu international airport we make
available such as soto mie Medan, Ombus-ombus, Lapet, ikan mas
na pi nadar, and Ayam gulai Medan. Are your catering can available
to make this menu for every single decision flight routes?
Production : Of course we can. We will do some test for each food and beverage
F&A catering to make sure taste of food is nice. So you can join when we do test
food before we provide to passenger.
Ms. Elvaretta : how about the prices?
Dian
Marketing : we should survey the ingredients to market and calculate the prices
F&A catering
Ms. Tio Renta : ok, how about the portion food? we always provide moderate
Hutahaean portions to our passengers
Production : oh, okay. We also can provide moderate portion for food
F&A catering
Ms. Tio Renta : mmm, Will you provide food that is always spicy and salty?
Hutahaean because here the food menu that we always provide is not too spicy
and quite salty
Production : If the request is not too spicy and quite salty, we can provide it. We
F&A catering always checking taste of food before delivery.
Ms. Elvaretta : Can you give me a few of price list? So I can choose from your

OwnerF&A : Of course. But you have a request about the food and we never have
Catering to provide food of your request. So we should calculate again for
the prices.
Ms. Tio Renta : How about the package for the food you make? because a lot of
Hutahaean food that must be maintained intact, like as ombus-ombus.
Production : for the package, we can use alumunium foil for the food because the
F&A Catering material is heat resistant and for ombus-ombus we can keep use
banana leaves to warp and use plastic cup.
Ms. Elvaretta : Can I get the low prices but the food still have a good quality?

Production : we try to get the cheaper ingredients in market. So we can give low
F&A Catering prices with good quality of food.
Ms. Tio Renta : then how do you cook food until you package it up? Are your places
Hutahaean for food processing guaranteed clean and healthy?
Owner F&A : yes of course, the food we make is guaranteed its cleanliness and

Ms. Tio Renta : we have flights from morning to night. For the morning starting at
Hutahaean 5:00 a.m. so, how do you make sure the food has arrived in our
airline's kitchen, and for food that is stale, then how do you keep the
food not stale and all of them fit for our passengers?
F&A Catering : the food will be arrived two hours before flight and use ingredients
that are not stale fast. Does your airlines kitchen have a heating
box?

Ms. Tio Renta : well, but I want the food will be arrived 3 hours before flight.
Hutahaean Because we must prepare the food and beverage for the flight and
we have a lot of preparation that must be handled before the flight,
so the food and beverage must come first. Yes, our airlines kitchen
have a heating box. So, we can keep the food not stale in the
airline’s kitchen.
Production : okay we will try shipping 3 hours before flight.
