1. DELIVERY
1-2 weeks from the date of receipt of the technically and commercially clear purchase order.

This quotation is valid for 30 days.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
As per Group Policy

4. VARIATION / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

In case of any additional supplies, replacements or modifications, Scientechnic LLC will not
grant the same terms and conditions and price, unless mutually agreed upon followed by a
written confirmation.

5. PROLONGATION CLAUSE
If the delivery, testing and commissioning date is extended beyond the period agreed, due
to reasons beyond our control, Scientechnic LLC will be entitled to a time extension and
prolongation costs, including but not limited to employee cost, overheads, finance charges
and opportunity cost.

6. TERMINATION / SUSPENSION / CANCELLATION

In case of a cancellation, termination or suspension of the project or purchase order the
seller is entitled to claim the full payment. Since the material will be ordered based on the
buyer’s technically and commercially clarified order, the payment of the seller will not be
delayed or stopped due to reasons beyond the control of the seller. All the material will be
supplied on the basis of the seller’s delivery schedule, timelines of delivery that are not in
line with seller’s timeline are not acceptable.

7. WARRANTY
18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning, depending
of which comes earlier. The warranty covers only repairs or replacement of defective parts
and does not cover damages due to misuse, mishandling, modification, unauthorized repairs
or any other cause of damage of the system / parts.

8. VAT
All offered and agreed sales price(s) within this offer / order / subcontract / agreement are
exclusive of VAT, any other sales tax or governmental duties (additional taxes). In the event
of relevant tax authorities levying any additional taxes during the performance of this offer/
order / subcontract / agreement, the purchaser / contractual partner shall bear those
additional taxes and the seller shall be entitled to increase the net price(s) in the total
amount of additional taxes.

9. NOTE
 Any additional system / work / items other than those mentioned in this quotation
will be claimed as a variation.

10. EXCLUSIONS
 All civil works such as wall chasing, coring, sleeves, foam filling, fire-stop material,
excavation, back filling, valve chamber, cable conduits, scissor lift / scaffolding
etc.
 Existing Fault Identification, Rectification and Faulty component replacement.
 Cleaning and Removing of scraps etc.
 All necessary formalities like gate passes, permissions, work permit etc/ Height
access and access to working areas.
 Any additional systems, equipment’s & services other than mentioned in BOQ.
