Wp in Godown i/c designing the net work plant
integrated with existing wiring system with following
components:
a).Providing & installing solar pv panels
polycrystalline 300wp x 12Nos. Hot deep Galvanzed
Fixed Type Solar panel mounting roof top structure of
3600 Wp capacity on existing roof I/c making good
any damage, if any, occurred during installation. Photo
voltaic modules must be qualified as per IEC 61215
(revised)/ IS 14286 standards and in addition, the
modules must conform to IEC 61730-1 requirements
for construction & Part-2 requirements for testing, for
safety qualification. PV modules must be tested and
approved from MNRE Accredited Testing Calibration
Laboratories.
b). Connecting the panel with existing weighbridge
circuit with 4 Sq mm copper through hybrid pure sine
wave solar inverter system of 48V, 4KVA i/c charge
controller of 48V ,3.6 Kw ,capable of supplying output
loads upto at least 150% of the panel capacity and
having AC input range 130 V to 280 V (approved
make)
c).Providing and connecting a battery bank comprising
of sealed maintenance free deep cycle gel VRLA

for external compund lighting, and weighbridge cabin one
for each i/c designing the net work plant integrated with
existing wiring system with following components:
a).Providing & installing solar pv panels polycrystalline
300wp x 4Nos. Hot deep Galvanzed Fixed Type Solar panel
mounting roof top structure of 1200 Wp capacity i/c making
good any damage, if any, occurred during installation. Photo
voltaic modules must be qualified as per IEC 61215
(revised)/ IS 14286 standards and in addition, the modules
must conform to IEC 61730-1 requirements for construction
& Part-2 requirements for testing, for safety qualification.

sealed maintenance free deep cycle gel VRLA batteries
(Approved Make) of 24 Volt and 500 AH to the inverter
system, suitable capacity of changeover switch for
weighbridge, complete unit must be approved by MNRE
