OCTOBER 2010 TERM - at Alexandria, Virginia

COUNT ONE

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES THAT:

On or about October 13, 2010, at Dulles International Airport, in Loudoun County,

Virginia, within the Eastern District of Virginia, the defendant, STEPHEN JAMES INGLE,

unlawfully, knowingly, and intentionally brought or possessed on board an aircraft arriving in

the United States, 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount

of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance, and such substance was not a part of the cargo

entered in the airline manifest or part of the official supplies of the aircraft.

(In violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 955).
