SWITCHING RULES :-
For Regular Parts:

1.New Materials / parts inspection will start with normal inspection

2. When one lot in normal inspection is rejected / customer complaint, switchover to tightened inspection.
3. When three consecutive lots is accepted in tightened inspection changeover to normal inspection.
For New development / ECN Parts:
1) During ISC period, the sampling plan of visual inspection & Dimension will be as double the normal inspection.

NOTE :
a. Visual characteristics, the quantity shall be as per sampling plan.
b. Dimensional characteristics, The Quantity shall be min.5 Nos
c. Raw Material , Sampling will be taken based on material batch (1Sample/ Batch)
