As the Category Manager I oversaw the stores full P&L responsibility for carwashes, ATM’s, and Air
Machines. I partnered with the Vendor Partners to come up with marketing initiatives to make sure we
reached our full potential to serve the customers while maximizing profits. I also partnered with upper
management to put together a bonus program for those locations that have carwash locations. While
serving as the marketing contact for the entire company when it came to Air & ATM machines, I sent out
monthly business planners to ensure every store had A-1 service from our vendor partners to maximize
the 100% profit. Partnered up with our legal team to construct negotiations of new and existing contracts
as well as implementations for 9 new CW locations that were added or reloaded.

As the GM I oversaw the stores full P&L responsibility for in-store sales, store appearance, and employee
development. Partnered with local schools, restaurant associations, and networking organizations to build
community awareness and increase sales. Recruited, hired, and trained new staff. Supervised over 25
employees and 18 management personnel who moved on to other locations.
As the Assistant Director of Dining Services I planned, directed, and controlled food service related
activities including: food production and recipe compliance, accountable for training, coaching and
motivating the staff and ensuring that all employees comprehend and comply with rules, procedures and
policies. Maintain and promote a clean & safe work area including, health department, safety, and food
handling regulations.
