Ensure the factory always prepared for social audit.
Follow up on CAP and completion the audit finding within the stipulated timeline
Sound knowledge in Higg (social and environment)
Sound knowledge on Amfori BSCI, WRAP.
Strong knowledge of ACCORD and ALLIANCE requirement
Efficient and pleasant communication with buyers
Prompt feedback to buyers quarries
Carry out regular internal compliance audit in the unit and put up recommendations, follow up
for implementation and provide reports thereof.
Conduct TNA and provide compliance training to staff as and worker
Strive to achieve continuous improvement and adhere to the best practices of the apparels
industries as regards to the compliance.
Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy and tidy site/floor for unannounced audit.
Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of
conduct.
Must be capable of preparing CAP on findings by Third Party auditor
Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
