Updating Members Data
on RI Website
Rotaract Clubs are required to update their club and members
data every six months.
Not uploading puts your clubs at risk of termination.
Once a club is terminated, their data from RI website will be
removed and the club will have to be registered again.
Rotaract Clubs that are already terminated from the RI website
should contact their Rotary Club presidents to have them
reactivated.
Members can register themselves as well, and can be added to the
club later by the president using their profile ID. This can make
registration easier for clubs with large number of members.

If you face problem adding a specific member to

your club, it may be so because they are already
registered with another club. In such a case they
should ask their previous club president to remove
them so that they can be added.
As an individual you can also contact
data@rotary.org, send your profile info, to update
your membership.

District Dues
Dues will be collected in different slabs based on time
period and member’s registration on RI website.
District certificates will be issued only for members
whose dues were received.
District Council members will pay their dues directly to
the council and will be exempt from club dues.
For payment; Details of an account will be shared soon.

or District Treasurer Kunal Bhatia.
