MIDTERM EXAMINATION

I. Explain what the image communicates about diversity.

Diversity is a means of recognizing that all the people are unique in their own
way and that they have differences which do not make them less of themselves. The
picture above shows diversity inside the classroom. Classroom is known to be a place
where different children from different cultures, raises and with different personalities
and capabilities meet together for learning sessions. The picture above shows a
perfect example of diversity in classroom because it shows students from different
raises and nationalities and despite of these, they are having a healthy environment in
the classroom. In this picture, racism and discrimination are being eradicated. We can
clearly see that students are not being arranged in seating arrangement according to
their skin color or anymore categories but they are just in whatever place they want.
The teacher has obviously started a healthy learning discussion towards her students.
The picture also depicts the equality of task for every students because as you can see
in the picture above, everyone is doing the same thing that the teacher does. Diversity
 in classroom setting will only be seen when you have acknowledge that students
differ in various perspectives.
