The role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible to ensure smooth operation and communication by
problem-solving issues between cross-functional teams, which includes management, sales force,
warehouse, projects, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities:
 Manage and oversee the coordination of all elements of the order fulfillment process, from
purchasing to the delivery of goods.
 Responsible to the MIAE customers for the efficient and customer orientated operations expected of
the MIA organization.
 Organize, coordinate and have general oversight of all Warehouse staff and daily work activities.

The role reports directly to Manager Imports & CEO and is responsible to supervise logistics operations viz.,
Sea freight, Air freight & Inland transportation up to factory warehouses and project locations across
Pakistan. Coordinating with customs clearance agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely
clearances and cost-effective transport solutions. Negotiating with transporters, shippers, etc. to ensure
seamless and cost-effective movement of consignments. Managing customs clearance operations, keeping
compliance with customs duties, notifications, rules, and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for documents verification (B/L, Invoice, Packing list) for clearance.
 Calculation and verification of customs duties and port expenses.
 Coordination with clearing agents regarding shipments clearance status and other related issues.
 Coordination with transporters for delivery up to required sites.
 Responsible for clearing agent and transporters payments.
 Responsible for ledger reconciliation of transporters and clearing agents.
 Responsible for updating stock reports on ERP System(AX 2009/2012)

The role reports directly to the Project Manager and was responsible for overseeing the store management
and maintaining reduced inventory levels. Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by
conducting perpetual stock verification and documentation. Implementing standard operating procedures
within the warehouse and training team members in maintaining compliance with these procedures.
Generating purchase request as and when inventory levels reach reorder levels.

Responsibilities:
 Ensures the safety and security of personnel and equipment through compliance with
environmental protection, occupational health, and safety and security regulations.
 Plan layout of storage areas considering stock level size, weight, and potential hazard.
 Supervising and coordinating the unloading of inbound and outbound shipments. Physically inspect
and ensure all necessary steps are taken care off before offloading the shipment.
 Report to suppliers on defective or incorrect materials and arranging replacement items.
 Coordinate and perform material management activities including inventory control, receiving
incoming order and placing orders.
 Devised an entire system and organization of paperwork comprising of deliveries, materials
returned to suppliers, plant and machinery certificates and material issues (requisitions).
 Plan and coordinate stock types, cycle counts, random audits to ensure minimal inventory variance
and take immediate corrective action in case of any discrepancy.
 Coordinate with departments for delivery schedules, delivery documents, stock levels, quality and
movement that might affect construction.
 Maintain the material records and files including purchase orders, delivery notes, issue notes,
invoices and inspection reports.
 Ensure hazards materials are stored with proper hazard warning labels.
 Responsible for preparations of internal, annual and ISO audits as per the standards and
requirements.
 Coordinate with accounts department and submitting stock reports on a monthly basis.
 Coordinate with QC engineers for arranging inspections and obtaining approval of material
delivered at site.
 Coordinate with QA/QC, Consultants / Client for inspections of materials and material audit.
 Guide, train and motivate subordinates to display a high level of individual/team performance to
achieve organization objectives.
