Chapter 2 - Project Equipment Budget:


The project equipment budget include four main parts - water purification system, 250ml -2000ml bottled water filling&package
line, PET bottle production system and conveyor system. This budget is only for your reference, because some items are optional
to you, and some parts can be changed according to your request. Therefore the proposal can be confirmed finally depend on
which equipments were adopted. ShineDew will provide you a professional proposal and give you suggestion to select the most
suitable line for you.

In addition, customer also need consider the raw material, supplies of electrical, water and pneumatic, maintenance cost,
staff cost before start a bottled water business, ShineDew would like to provide the service of turnkey project to you, which

comprehensive abroad installation package.Buyer provides the funds for travel to and back from buyer’s country, and arrange all
local facilities including food, lodging, and transportation during their staying period in buyer’s country. The client also needs to
pay the engineer salary $80/day during the engineer’s journey.

Chapter 4 - Washing Filling Capping System:


4.1.1.Main features of the Automatic monoblock 3-in-1 filling machine

Chapter 5 - Packing System:


5.1.1.Main features of bottle drying machine
1) High-speed wind tunnel effect caused by air intake slots, enhance and maintain a high speed, so that the water more
easily blown away.
2) Wind vortex pump warm air generated is (can increase 10-20 ℃), can enhance the drying effect.
3)Wind can easily slot in response to bottle / tank diameter and height adjustment device, so that efficiency is better,
easier to adjust.

4)Thunder can be freely adjusted according to the height of the bottle, for a variety of different height bottle.

5.2.1.Main features of Hot Melt Adhesive Labelling Machine:

1) The containers are picked up by the infeed starwheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation
begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells.
2) The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading
unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor
provide an exact cut-off point.
3) Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and
trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip
ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are
applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding.

5.4.1.Main features of the automatic shrink-wrapping packing machine SD-450A:


1)The control system is designed with the signal control being linked with the pneumatic piston cylinder system to control the
movement of the cylinder either to push the bottle or to control the up and down movement of the thermal sealing bar, each of the
piston system is equipped with the light indicator, which will be sending signal to the PLC controller to activate the next movement

2) PE film setting: PE film will be roll-fed type PE shrinkable film with top PE film feeding for the main wrapping process, and
bottom film setting for the sealing purpose, the film feeding is designed by the mechanical gravity and with film sensor control,
which will be effective to use every inch of the film to save the raw material cost.Electronic induction feeding film, action is
balanced and quickly replacing film;

3)Bottle feeding: Bottle feeding is controlled by inverter system for the inlet speed control of the bottle sorting conveyor;the bottled
water will be transported to the bottle sorting conveyor,which is separated with SS304 plate to guide the bottle into different rows
to set the bottle into groups.Once the first group of bottle is meeting the wrapping standard,the bottle sensor will be sending signal
to the PLC to start the wrapping process, and to push the first group of wrapped bottle into the shrinking oven.

4) Film wrapping and thermal sealing cutting: the PE film wrapping and thermal sealing bar is adopting the
special material that will not causing hot glue to the sealing bar to hold the top sealing bar and the bottom
sealing blade, the time relay for the sealing will heat the PE film and make the top film and bottom film stick
tight together. Air cooling fan will be equipped at the bottom sealing blade once the top sealing bar release the
film to cool the thermal sealing point.

5) Heat shrinking oven: the heat shrinking oven is with adjustable temperature and will be shrink the package
with average temperature of 140 degree, which is with separate power control system.

Chapter 6 - Bottle Production System:


6.1 Main features of the Automatic Blow Molding Machine:
1)Adopting single cylinder to open and clamp the mould quickly and synchronously, with mechanical double elbow
bending optimal design of clamping unit, then the clamping force is big and speed is fast.
2)Adopting high pressure type boost pneumatic mould clamping, then it can avoid the problem of spew line is thick
effectively.

Chapter 7 - Conveyor System:
7.1.Conveyor automation system:
Conveyor system for the water bottling line will be divided into three parts for the complete conveyor automation of the air conveyor,
table-top product conveyor, and the secondary packaging conveyor from the labeling to the shrink-wrap part. The controlling system
of the conveyor system will be separated to control each part of the conveyor, and could be connected to the PLC system of each set
of the machinery. The conveyor control and automation is against the speed variation system for different stage of the transporting
need.

7.2.Air conveyor:
Air conveyor system is composed of the air blower and filter system, conveying tunnel, leg-support, the conveyor tunnel is further
equipped of bottle neck-handling rail, and bottle body-handling rail, the air pressure and the frequency speed is controlled by the
inverter and the photo sensor system. 3 stages filter option is available for different type of application.

7.3.Bottle conveyor:
The bottle conveyor is composed of the conveyor chain, the support fence rail, side panel, and a water recycling stainless steel tray for
the hygienic filling room requirement, the system is easy operating and mainteinance with water spraying type lubrication function.

7.4.Secondary packaging conveyor:


Secondary packaging conveyor is designed to transform the single tunnel conveyor into multiple tunnels, and switch the multiple
tunnels to single tunnel by the automatic speed and frequency control system. The secondary conveyor is composed different speed of
the motors for each part of the conveyor, which will be controlled by the frequency transformer.

PS: The length of bottle conveyor will be defined after customer confirm the factory layout.
