L’esaltazione del Tinto in Capo e delle sovra tinture. Accurate ricette per effetti
tono su tono o per ottenere la stessa identica tonalità di colore nei capi Mix Fabric.
L’esplorazione del Camouflage, un fil rouge nella collezione, con pattern esplosi in tre
diverse grandezze, usate singole o mixate sui capi e sovra tinte a capo finito.

GLI SPECIALI

MESH REFLECTIVE: la storica Reflective si rinnova con l’accoppiamento di una rete di nylon
esterna che amplifica le qualità di rifrangenza del tessuto e crea effetti optical.

REFLEX MAT: tessuto riflettente con una spalmatura opaca di migliaia di microsfere di
vetro su base poliestere, arricchita da agenti coloranti ad alta saturazione.

ICE JACKET-J: materiale termosensibile di costruzione stretch, che cambia colore in

base alla temperatura. Della stessa famiglia anche la THERMO SENSITIVE-J che unisce alla
maglia il tessuto Ice.

PERFORMANCE COTTON 3L, un esclusivo tessuto a tre strati dalla faccia cotoniera -
per capi interamente termosaldati - con l’eccezionale imbottitura Primaloft®, più soffice,
leggera e performante della piuma.

DAVID-TC per capi realizzati con un substrato di poliestere/poliammide giapponese a

sezione stellare, sottoposti al procedimento di tintura in capo sotto pressione a 130°C,
che dona pienezza del colore e trasforma radicalmente la struttura e la mano della
materia.

Il RASO GOMMATO, uno dei tessuti storici di Stone Island, realizzato applicando un raso
di cotone di origine militare a un cover poliuretanico che rende il materiale resistente
all’acqua e anti vento. Anche nella versione FADED HAND COLOURING decolorato e poi
dipinto manualmente.

GHOST PIECES: capi totalmente monocromatici, per la prima volta anche nella variante
rossa. Per capi spalla Mix Fabric e per la Maglia del Presidente.

L’esplorazione delle gamme dei blu, dei verdi e dei naturali, da tonalità chiarissime

Leisure and Sport influences, combined with elements deriving from the military world in
the endless play of shape and function.
Stone Island studies three-dimensional elements. An investigation that involves materials,
techniques, treatments, dyes besides the architecture of the garments.
The exaltation of garment dyeing and garment over-dyeing. Accurate recipes for matching
tones or to obtain the same identical shade of colour for garments in Mix Fabric.
An investigation of Camouflage, with a pattern exploding in three different sizes, used
alone or in combination within one garment and over-dyed to achieve specific hues.

SPECIALS

MESH REFLECTIVE: the historic Reflective is renewed with the coupling of an outer nylon
run-proof mesh which enhances the refracting qualities of the internal fabric creating
optical effects.

REFLEX MAT: a reflective fabric with an opaque coating made of thousand of glass micro-
spheres on a polyester base, enriched with highly saturating colouring agents.

ICE JACKET-J: a thermo-sensitive material with a stretch construction changing colour

according to the temperature. The THERMO SENSITIVE-J belongs to the same group adding
the Ice fabric to the knit.

PERFORMANCE COTTON 3L, an exclusive three-layer fabric with a cotton look – for items
with fully thermo-taped seams and the exceptional Primaloft® padding, softer, lighter
and more performing compared to down.

DAVID-TC for garments in a star-shaped cross-section polyester / polyamide Japanese

microfiber. During garment dyeing under pressure at 130°C, the heat transforms the
structure and the hand of the material radically allowing ultra deep shades and a unique
tactile experience.

RASO GOMMATO, one Stone Island’s historic fabrics, created by applying a military origin
cotton satin to a polyurethane cover that makes the material resistant to water and
protects from wind. The FADED HAND COLOURING version is decoloured and then dyed manually.

GHOST PIECES: totally monochromatic garments, for the first time even in the red variant.
For Mix Fabric Outerwear and for the President Knit.

achieved by bonding a mili-
tary specification cotton
satin with a polyurethane
cover that makes the fabric
wind and water resistant.
In this version, the cotton
satin undergoes a 5 colours
pigment printing prior to
its bonding to the polyure-
thane coating. The finished
garment is then over dyed
to blend the colour of all
