Appointment Letter
You are appointed, as a ____________________ at Rs. _______________per month
in Children Foundation School, on temporary basis. Without any pension,
provident fund or any other fringe benefit given.
Terms and conditions:
1. That you would perform your duties regularly honestly and efficiently in
accordance, with the rule regulations of the school and under the supervision of the
principal and administration.
2. That you would not remain absent and will not submit application of leave
from home as you know well that leave is not a right but a facility, only 10 days
casual leave is permissible to you under rules during the academic years. In case of
real absence for 15 days without applying for leave, your service will be liable for
termination.
3. That you would not indulge in party politics and would not propagate views of
any political party in the class room/school.
4. That you would not leave the service during the academics session.
5. That you would tender one-month notice in writing to the principal for
accepting your resignation or lieu of notice one-month pay should reimburse to the
school.
6. On joining the service it would be implied that you would have accepted all
terms and this undertaking in writing that you would have accepted all terms and
conditions and would abide by the rules and regulations of the school which is the
final authority interpretation of spirit of the rules.
7. You will serve the school initially for a period of one year, commencing from
the date of assumption of charge of your post.
8. The working hours will be as notified from time to time and you will be allowed
the holidays as declared by the management.
9. Freshly appointed staff shall not be entitled to salary of the summer
vacation during the first year of his service, however he/she will be entitle
to the same thereafter.
10. That you would not leave the service for two months after the summer
vacation.
11. That during service three late arrivals in one month, one day salary will be
deducted.
12. That you would not allow taking leave before or after gazette holiday in
result two days salary will be deducted on above mentioned case.
