INFORMATION
The undersigned Associate Prosecution Attorney II accuses Camilla Dela
Torre of the crime of Simple Theft, defined and penalized under Article 308, of
the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about August 8, 2019 in the City of Davao,

Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court,
accused Camilla Dela Torre [hereinafter “Accused”], in violation of
Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code, with intent to gain, did then
and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously take, steal and carry
away a jewelry set belonging to one Tessa Dela Cuesta, without the
latter’s consent and against her will, with a total value of
Php150,000.00 to the damage and prejudice of the said owner in the
cited amount.
