blanking flange. Install “THB” protector. NU 4-1/16” 10K manual gate valve. Test seals to 9000
psi. NU FMC 4-1/16” x 10K hydraulic frac valve stack. NU 10K wireline BOP’s. MU tools. GIH
w/3.625”GR-JB-CCL tools to 9,200’. POH. GIH with CBL/RAL tool. Tool failed. POH.
Determined there was a short in the short line on truck and RAL tool would not work properly on
long line. Wait on standard CBL tool. GIH and run bond log 9,190’ to 7,100’ with good bond
across bottom two pay zones with top of good cement @ 7,500’. POH w/tools. RU Villarreal 15K
choke manifold and lay dual lines to pit. Test manifold to 9,000 psi – OK. Pressure 4½” casing to
9000 psi - OK. 2000 psi on 7” casing – OK. Bleed off 4½” casing pressure to 0 psi. Bleed off
annulus pressure to 0 psi. MU perforating gun. RU lubricator and gun. Test lubricator to 7000 psi
– OK. GIH w/2¾” Titan “Prospector” gun. Pressure up casing to 2000 psi and perforate 4½”
casing 8,910’-8,918’ w/6 spf, 60 degree phased. (.35” EHD & 36” TTP) Pressure 2000 psi. POH.
Pressure 1250 psi. RDMO Baker Atlas. Open well to pit. Well blew down to 0 in 5 min. Well
continued to flow water at 5 psi. Well continued to flow and unloaded. Well cleaned up flowing 2.8
MMcf/d @ 2700 psi with 0 water. Continue to flowtest.
