Operation and Maintenance Disciplinary Rules

This policy is intended that all employees must be hard working with the responsibility as instructed by respective HODs and follow operation and maintenance rules. Not only
with customer/ supplier all employee must deal with each other respectfully and fulfill customer needs with the protection of company brand name and integrity. Under the
labour dispute settlement law prescribed for the protection of workers rights, for the peaceful work place with the good relation between employer and employee, for the
fair solution of dispute between the employer and employee, the disciplinary inquiry committee will be formed as follows

To take necessary action depending on the intensity of the offence, investigation of verbal witness, gathering of supporting evidence shall be conducted by the department
head in conjunction with HR Department and QHSE. The employee entitled to submit the explanation with reasonable evidence on the suspicion of offence and penalty on
him/her. Disciplinary Inquiry committee will take appropriate action based on the condition and depth of the problems as per following table.
