- Determining the type of disease by examining/checking it’s symptoms.
2. Who give diagnose ?
- doctors
3. What is the purpose/tujuan of diagnose?
- To identify ; problems/the client’s response to health status or
disease, factors that support or cause a problem, the clien’s ability
to prevent or resolve problems.
4. Why the result of diagnose of a patient cannot given to others ?
- It can’t be given to another person because based on the nursing
code of ethics, all medical status of the patient is confidential, other
than that it must not be disclosed to anyone other than the patient’s
family.

B. Translate the following expressions

1. Physician

 I’m afraid the prognosis isn’t good, Saya khawatir prognosisnya

- because the patient feel pain in his stomach so the doctor changes
the medicine.

- It looks like you’re going to need surgery to remove the tumour from
your leg.
- After the operation you’re going to have to stay off your feet for at
least three weeks, that means no soccer.
3. What medical procedure did the patient already undergo?
- the procedure that has been done by the patient is a biopsy.
