In connection to the property located in Block 1, Lot 1A, ggggggg , XXX City,
and specifically described under Original Certificate of Title No. 2017-000000
of the Registry of XXX (subject property), under the name of BBB Q. YYY,
requesting hereunder the recording of our Agreement dated February 1,
2018 and September 14, 1998. Copy of said Agreements are hereto
attached as Attachment 1 and 2 for your reference and consideration. Per
said agreements, registered owner had recognized me as co-owner to the
subject property pertaining to equal shares thereof.

The recording/annotation is for the sole purpose of protecting the rights of

the undersigned in the subject parcel of land which is currently being sell to
third party by the registered owner therein.
