Re: RCW §42.56 Public Records Request

Dear Deputy Sheriffs Pat Brown and Michelle Boyd:

1. Please produce any and all documents you have relative to an investigation that your
office considered and dismissed between the dates of March 13 – 18, 2019 relative to one
Jeffrey Moser.

2. Please produce any and all documentation regarding the second storage key that Mr.
Moser gave to two men in painters’ clothing i.e. “Joel” and another gentleman relative to
his storage facility. I believe Mr. Moser has repeatedly inquired about the second key but
has not received any response. Surely there must be some records regarding this matter.

While not necessary I have provided you a copy of a relevant PoA I also hold regarding Mr.
Moser.

Please respond within the time allotted by Law.
