Este curso foi idealizado pensando em atender ao aprofundamento que os profissionais da área de saúde
necessitam na área de musculação e treinamento de força.
7. OBJETIVOS
O objetivo do curso é tornar o aluno apto a discernir sobre o papel do Treinamento de Força no estudo do
movimento humano e a analisar sua influência nas estruturas do aparelho locomotor.

8. PERFIL PRETENDIDO DO FORMANDO
Profissionais da área de Educação Física, Fisioterapia e Medicina que tenham interesse em adquirir mais
conhecimentos sobre o controle da incidência de lesão ou melhora do desempenho no movimento
humano.

Mecanismos de adaptação neuromuscular frente ao treinamento, principalmente o treinamento
