My name is Leonce M. Mwani and I am a citizen of Tanzania. I finished my bachelor's degree in

Computer Science and Engineering at St Joseph University in Tanzania. Currently, I want to enhance
my knowledge by enrolling for a master’s program at university of Cote d’Azur in order to meet my
academic and career goals.

I feel I am responsible for making a big move in Technology field and this chance will give me a big
opportunity to be one day someone who is remembered for his innovations and to help My President
Dr John Magufuli achieving his ambition to make Tanzania Industrialization Country.

I am much eager to adopt and know new technologies. I am really enthusiastic to attend a Master in
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence order to understand different Computer Technology Concepts
because every industry needs the concept of Computer Science

France is one of the First Countries that come to my mind when we talk about Technology and
Engineering. Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence will be a big
milestone in my career advancement considering its International reputation in delivering high quality
education

I think it is our duty as people sharing life in this world to make our future better because the future is
not only ours. Our grandchildren should be proud of us one day when they look back and find how
hard we worked to make the world a better place. I believe my qualification and your needs would be

PERSONAL MOTIVATION TO CONTINUES WITH STUDIES

As I obtained my undergraduate degree at St. Joseph University In Tanzania where I was awarded a
Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering where I have acquired an excellent knowledge of
programming languages like C, C++, C#.Net and JAVA. I have also found interest for Database
Administration, Network Security, Data Structures, Operating System and programming languages. A
couple of reasons motivate me to apply for a Master’s degree study.

Since I have a quite strong academic background in Computer Science and Engineering together
with my current experience as volunteer Network Administrator at Techno Image Limited, I believe
that Masters course in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is perfectly suits my profile and career
prospects

I started my first internship after my sixth semester; and this where I fell in love. My work and my
mentor inspired me to learn something new about the Data Security industry every day. In addition,
my mentor expanded my perspective significantly and made me realize that Security is more than just
building fancy looking apps for big paychecks by giving me daily research tasks. During my research,
I understood how processing the data to build models which will be used for their predictive
capabilities will impact on our everyday life. The concepts such as "Big Data", "Internet of Things"
have become progressively more intriguing, and I have finally decided to pursue a master's degree in
order to achieve in-depth knowledge in Data Security

MY FUTURE GOALS

My goal is to continue with PhD and Researcher in order to expand my career goals.

Another goal is to get proper education and gain industry experience in data security. Thus, I can take
a solid step into my long term goal which is to start a company and contribute to the further
development of my country and the world. The lack of security rarely an issue; mountains of it are
collected every single second, and we are beginning to understand the potential it have. I'm excited to
think about a future where data-driven decisions become more and more commonplace all around
the world.

CONTRIBUTION TO MY COUNTRY TANZANIA

With regard to my new president John Magufuli, I will help to contribute pronounced solutions to my
country Tanzania, a developing third world Country with countless challenges by developing
automated systems to help improve service delivery. It is my desire to contribute to this wherever I
can with the knowledge I will get from my studies, research and experience when I am given this
scholarship opportunity.

Tanzania is Third world country. So problem of third world country is corruption, when we introduce
the AUTOMATED SYSTEM will cut off the contact between person and another person, and so it can
reduce corruption and increase efficiency. Also Automated System can be used in different area like
in Agriculture we can increase the production
