SYMPTOMS

ERROR

Blank screen when buyers clicks on Add to Catalog button on the lines tab of the PO.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order
2. Add Lines , click Add from catalog
3. Blank screen appears

CAUSE

The Buyer had requester role as well, which was removed as per their business requirement after which they started facing this issue and a
blank screen started appearing when they clicked on Add from Catalog. As per the current design, Adding line from catalog needs access to
requisitions work area which needs user to have the Requester role.

'Add line from Catalog' is accessing requisitioning workarea which is secured by POR_MANAGE_REQUISITION_PRIV which is assigned to
Requester role.

As per the current functionality - Buyers without requester role can not access the catalog to add a line.

SOLUTION

1.Create a custom procurement job role

2.Assign "Manage Requisition" privilege to the custom role
3.Assign the user to the custom role
4.Run below 2 process from Scheduled Processes
-- Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes
-- Import User and Role Application Security Data
5. Try adding line from catalog.
