The Importance of Mastering English Language

English language has become very essential in this life because this is the way of
communication with people in this era. It generally connects a lot of people who hail from areas
where spoken local languages are completely different from each other. Some countries have
used this language to interact with tourists to make conversation easy. In Indonesia the daily
dialect is using Bahasa because English language is the third language for Indonesia. That cannot
be the second language because Indonesia has a regional accent which becomes the second
communication such as Sunda, Jawa, Batak, etc. However, probably it can be the second
language because nowadays many schools in Indonesia especially international school which are
using English language. That’s why, this is very crucial because Indonesia is encountering
ASEAN free trade area (MEA) not only MEA in business but also for technology and education,
so this a must for Indonesian to study English.

First of all, maybe many people have not heard MEA, so what is MEA? MEA is a form
of cooperation to create a condition of competitive competition between the state for mutual
progress. It has a purpose for economics, politics, and social-cultural. Although all of the aspects
are important, for some people, the vital of this program is the economics aspect. Wherefore, it
can produce many creative employments. This is the best choice for people who become
business users because it is very profitable for the seller. In Indonesia, MEA also has a good
impact on UMKM.

Second, technology has a huge influence for all of the features. For example, MEA in
business also uses technology to boost international networks such as promote or advertise
products from industry into the world. This certainly uses universal language for the connection
and it means uses English language. Not only for business, but technology also connect people
around the world to increase international relation like making friends or finds a soul mate.
Technology is also useful for searching for many kinds of information on the internet like
Google or YouTube. We can read or listen to international news such as BBC, VOA, CNN, etc
so people always know the information.

Third, education is the most meaningful for students. Specifically for students who want
to apply the scholarship to an international university. It is a must for students can fluent in
English like speaking, writing, listening, and reading. The test of scholarship also uses English
language, for example in TOEFL and IELTS. Study also can be a business, especially in the
current MEA. There are many institutions which make an English course. Even though it’s been
a lot, but it interested.

In conclusion, the decisive thing of contacting many populations at this time is skillful in
English language. It is because there are many advantages in many situations for the public, so
you must learn that earlier for your best future. English language will not extinct or futile, but
that will be helpful for humans.
