Hello everyone,good morning class.How are you today? Let me introduce,my name is
Afra asysyaa fitri,call me Afra. I will be teaching you english to physics this
today,namely material about equilibrium of rigid.Let’s begin today’s lesson ,i hope you
are all ready for your english lesson.
Are you ready student ?

Ok student ,the first is our material about equilibrium of rigid,there are several
namely about the understanding or concepts,condition, and kind of equilibrium of rigid.
The first material is :
1). Concepts equilibrium of rigid is a condition in which the momentum of a rigid
body is zero,while the rigid body it self is an object whose shape(geometry),will always
remain even if subject to force. So even if he moves translational or rotational shape will
not change,for example tables,chair, and balls.
How do you calculate the balance of arigid equilibrium ?
Let’s discuss the formula,which is the mathematical formula:

τ =r F sinθ

Information:
- τ = Torque
- r = radial distance from the axis to the force capture point
- θ = acute angle between lines r and f.

2). The equilibrium conditions the apply to rigid bodies are translational and
rotational equilibrium conditional.The equilibrium that must be met are as follow:
a. The total force acting on an object is zero

b. The total momen of

force (torque) acting on an object is zero(sigma to = 0)

Based on the ability of object to return to their original position,the balance of
equilibrium rigid is divided into three:

3). Kind of equilibrium rigid is :

a. Stable balance (steady)

Atable balance is the ability of an object to return to its original position when
the object is disturb.The disturb causes the object position to change : (Center of
gravity O Goes Up)

b. Unstable balance
(unsteady)
Unstable balance
occurs if the object
cannot return to its
original position when
the interference in the in
the object is removed.The disturbance given causes the object’s position to change :
(Center of gravity O goes down)

c. Neutral balance
(independent)

occurs if the object’s
