COV ID-19 in our co,mmunity. Ln paitnership with William 8~ Ririe Hospita l, ,ve arc
aggressively pursuing the identification of all direct contacts to our loca l patient zero to instruct,
educate, and reassure those indiv iduals in order lo 1nitigate and possibly conta in the spread of
COVID-1 9 to the rest ofrhc co1n111unity. No one is hospitali zed at thi s 1no111ent No
identifiable infonuation on patient zero ,viii be distribu ted, a11d the public is encouraged to do
the sm11e out of respect to pcrsoaa l privacy. Appropriate individuals \vi i I be quarantined.
