Positive phrases

gestures in difficult times.

making any difficult decisions that are appreciated highly by us.

Negative phrases

Jim is not good supervisor who frequently gives off “an air” of superiority to his
colleagues. He is not approachable and is rough to work with.
Walter frequently makes us feel unpleasant to his attitude at times.
Bill has an unlikable outlook at times which has a tendency to bring down the
entire team.
