next session of panel discussion. I Anchal
Chokhani & I Poonam Chandwani, welcome
all our eminent panellists on the behalf of
IILM Academy Of Higher Learning Jaipur
campus.
We are having 4 eminent speakers with us
from diverse backgrounds.In this panel
Discussion. we will have a moderator and 4
speakers. discussion will last for 45 minutes
and is followed by Q and A round.

Proceeding further with the panel discussion, I

would introduce you all with the topic for
panel discussion, which is- *Digital inroads
imparting Talent Management*
digital transformation is a term That can
generate confusion and is predicted by many
as a challenge. But, why and how does digital
transformation affect HR and what are the
challenges HR professionals need to face to
set the stage for changed management and
digitization.
The entire company culture of a fully digital
company needs to hinge on a customer-centric
mentality, that leads to agile and transparent
process. HR professionals need to make sure
that the change actually occurs throughout the
company, while employees are properly
onboarded on the current mission and values
of the organisation.

the moderation of panel discussion will be

conducted by Mr. Shiva Sharma, assistant
professor at IILM & AHL, Jaipur .

1st panelist is Dr. Anvay Bhargava
(chairperson, human resource at Jaipuria,
Jaipur)
He is experienced management faculty with a
history of working in management education
industry and has a strong inclination towards
behavioral skills ,lecturing ,analytical skills and
public speaking.
