Operations

 Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to
the concern Department.
 Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
 Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report through in depth analysis and producing the actionable
information.
 Generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management.

 Clearing error logs in claims for North Zone Dealers/Authorized service centers.
 Tracing the reasons for returned claims and advising dealers for corrective & preventive action.
 Debiting Non-genuine claims for North Region Dealers & ASCs.
 Reply to the daily query / complaint mails by Dealers & Authorized service Centre, Rajasthan,
following the SOP.
 Extensively Worked on Inner, Left, Right Joins for retrieval of data in Oracle Database.
