Monitoring BSC audits & coordinating for compilation on quarterly basis
Driving and coordinating service initiatives for achievement of Service KRAs
Monitoring monthly MIS & reorganized it for analysis as per the SOP (Standard operating procedure).
Processing the data with the help of pre-defined formulae
Sending mail of the analysis result with personal comments to higher authority for further processing
Handling queries from all over Locations via E-Mails & Telephone
Sending mail to the head office and other area offices for co-ordination in the processes
Coordination for Training conducted by Ashok Leyland Service Engineers on quarterly basis
Analysis of repeat failures and Service TAT with gap analysis.
Preparation and whetting of warranty and goodwill claims
Monitoring Service performance of all dealer outlets & Authorized Service centres on monthly basis.
Service data collection, analysis and restructuring for entire Rajasthan.
Coordination and backend support for service marketing
Circulation of MIS report on warranty expenditure/comp code/mobile van expenses/LP
purchase etc.
Clearing error logs in claims for North Zone Dealers/Authorized service centers.
Tracing the reasons for returned claims and advising dealers for corrective & preventive action.
Debiting Non-genuine claims for North Region Dealers & ASCs.
Reply to the daily query / complaint mails by Dealers & Authorized service Centre, Rajasthan,
following the SOP.
Extensively Worked on Inner, Left, Right Joins for retrieval of data in Oracle Database.
Good Exposure on SQL Subqueries and Functions for Report Generation.
