on the organization.

Recruitment sources and methods

In the recruitment process there is a need for sources and methods to be used. Effective companies will
certainly choose the sources and methods based on the company's recruitment needs.

Different sources of applicants can be reached using various methods of recruitment. Company
employees today are one source of applicants who can be called the internal labor market. The way to
recruit applicants who have become employees in the company can be through announcements in the
company bulletin. Usually employees who have worked apply for positions that provide higher salaries
or higher positions.

Other applicant sources from people who do not work for the company or can be called the external
labor market. Through electronic media and referrals from employees is a common method used to
reach those within the external labor market.

Many studies have considered whether different recruitment and sources will result in different qualities
of employees if different sources of applicants have different qualities then companies should direct
recruitment efforts to the most appropriate source. However, thorough research has shown that there
is no significant difference in the work experience of new employees employed from different sources.

Recruitment from the applicant's point of view.

Recruitment activities should be able to create a positive experience for applicants. If the company's
recruitment method promotes a good corporate image then rejected applicants can try in the future
and encourage their peers to see the company as the best company. It means that recruitment
overcomes the needs of existing workers and anticipates future employee eruptions.

Recruitment ethics

1. honest payment: to be fair for applicants the only ethical approach to recruitment is to engage in an
honest exchange of information with job applicants.

a. realistic job preview occurs when the company carefully explains the postive and negative aspects of a
job and the company itself. Research shows that using realistic job previews can actually increase the
number of workers and workers who receive the information will be more committed and will not stop
after getting his job.

b. various sources of information, the company provides information from various sources to applicants
through advertising, formal job description, video presentation, website.

2. reject applicants:

Research conducted by Ernst and Young suggests that the decision to buy shares by an international
investor considers the company's ability to attract qualified employees. In SAS and many other
companies, getting qualified employees for the company is so important that the company's head is
directly involved in the company's recruitment and selection process. SAS managers devote their time
and attention to recruitment because they know that hiring is vital to the long-term success of the
company.

Recruiting employees to meet the HR needs of companies is only part of the war to get employees who
match the expectations of companies or employees of good quality and high quality.

The rest of it is just keeping the previous qualified employees. Firms that can keep their employee
turnover low will benefit from competitors by reducing all worker spending and improving
competitiveness.

In Islam's view, qualified qualified personnel are characterized by three things:

1.Kafaah: which means the skills and skills in the field are completed.
2.Himmatul Amal: which means having high spirits and work ethic.

3. Amanah: which means trustworthy and has a great responsibility to perform duties and obligations
and not betray the occupied position.
