Dear sir,

York Process Systems Group is happy to present our budgetary quotation for (1) of the
above referenced project, 282 kW (80 TR) 45% propylene glycol chiller package for
your above referenced project. The system has been quoted to meet the propylene
glycol inlet and outlet temperature requirements listed in the technical specification
sheet provided with the RFQ. The system will be designed for 282 kW (80 TR) capacity
chilling 35.6 m3/hr of 50% propylene glycol from -10°C to a leaving temperature of -
18°C.

(Note that the glycol concentration is recommended for 50% to avoid the freeze point.
Customer can use 45% wt concentration at their own risk.)

The system is designed to accommodate all items (including the compressor driveline)
on a single package instead of separate vessel skids and compressor drivelines. This
may cost more initially but it will save field installation cost and time because there will
be no field refrigerant interconnecting piping to install. This is also a standard package
design, allowing for a shorter delivery. All components will be manufacturer’s standard
including the compressor package, lube system and control panel. The major scope
items for the package include the following items.

1) Frick/York model RXK22-BC rotary semi-hermetic screw compressor unit with a

lube oil separator and complete packaged lube system.
2) 380V/3Ph/50Hz, semi-hermetic motor designed for variable speed operation
3) Frick/York Smartview control panel with complete operating, alarms, shut downs
and text / graphics color touch screen display and the capability to communicate
with plant’s DCS or PLCs with Modbus RTU protocol.
4) Shell and tube DX evaporator designed as per manufacturer GB code and
standard using a -23°C evaporating temperature to chill 35.6 m3/hr of 50%

propylene glycol from -10°C to a leaving temperature of -18°C. Unit will use all
copper tubes.
5) Shell and tube water cooled condenser designed as per manufacturer GB code
and standard requiring around 87.5 m3/hr of water from 30°C to 35°C. Unit will
use all copper tubes.
6) Plate and frame economizer
7) Locally mounted VSD Starter Panel
8) Liquid injection oil cooling kit
9) Factory insulation
10)Single external oil filter

Our pricing includes all of the above items packaged on a single structural steel skid
(each system) including mounting, piping, electrical control wiring and instruments.

The chiller package is a standard chiller design quoted per the technical specification
data sheet and Johnson Controls / York manufacturing codes and standards. We are
quoting GB pressure vessels, GB piping code suitable for an indoor safe area. No other
referenced specifications have reviewed. Drawings will be submitted for information
and not approval.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED OR TO BE PROVIDED BY OTHERS

1. External piping, valves or fittings between skid and process piping.

2. Field installation labor or materials necessary to install the unit at the job site.

3. Concrete foundation and design of or supply of anchor bolts, shim plates,

vibration isolators.

4. Off-loading, hauling, or rigging.

5. Freight to job site, insurance, or special boxing.

6. Applicable local, state taxes or international tariffs.

7. Startup supervision (recommended on a per diem basis plus expenses with

Purchase Order direct to York Service).

8. Sound enclosure or treatment. York does not guarantee noise levels due to
influence of surrounding equipment at final installation.

9. Factory Performance Test.

10. Vent and drain outlet headers.

11. Spare parts.

12. Storage Receiver.

13. Plant Instrument air at 70 psig minimum

14. Specifications other than the system data sheets and motor.

15. Platforms, ladders or walkways.

17. Documentation, Drawings and Inspection plans – only standard lists from factory
will be provided.
