D. What will you do to have the skills ?

1. Genuine interest in others : I will try to practice. I will get to know more about the people
around me, especially people who are likely to talk with me, I will remember how his life,
what he likes, and what he does not like.
2. Flexibility : I will try to meet various kinds of people, with me following the scouts, I hope I
can learn more to be flexibility skills, and easily join various types of people in other around.
3. Awareness of body language : I will try to look at myself in the mirror, then see how other
people practice body language, practice for body language, then I will read books about body
language that are appropriate, because sometimes I am spontaneous to speak body language
when I speak to other people.
4. Proactive problem solving : sometimes I don't want to express my opinion when no one asks,
or I feel that the problem is not my area, to overcome this, I will try to learn more about
various problems, and I will learn to express my opinion about problem solving, for example
through discussion class
5. Leadership skills : Although I am a person who is confident, but in leading, especially in
terms of problem solving, I am still waiting for various opinions from others. unless the
problem at hand is absolute, there are rules and regulations. To overcome this, I will try to
propose myself as a group leader in the practicum group, then I will take part in various
scoutmaster training, and will try to be pro-active as a team leader.
The point is I will learn various attitudes of expertise that I do not yet have, either by asking
questions, seeing other people or reading in book. After that I will try to train myself to get these
skills. I will start to practice from small things like in class, school, and activities that I can do with
it.
