Breakfast is the first meal of the day especially when taken in the morning.
Breakfast start from 6 am until 11 am. Breakfast is considered an important meal
because it breaks the overnight fasting period. Replenishes your supply of glucose and
provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

Moreover, breakfast also promotes heart health because it can keep your arteries
cleaner and clearer. Research shows that skipping breakfast may increase the risk of
atherosclerosis. And also breakfast can regulates blood sugar because breakfast
regularly it will prevent insulin hormone breakdown the glycogen as stored food in the
body.

1. When the program can be implemented?


You can be implemented the program before you start your activities. It’s
better if you have breakfast an hour after you wake up. But if you don’t get
enough time for having breakfast, you can choose the light meal such as banana,
cereal, or just drinking a glass of milk with bread. Breakfast will give you more
energy to make more ideas.
2. Where the program can be implemented?
This program can be implemented in your house, office, or during you are
on the way to your place to work, actually breakfast was very easy if you make it.
Usually people forget to have breakfast because the limit of the time. But their
time was limited because they don’t give a little portion of the time to have
breakfast, so, they always say that they don’t have enough time, but actually no,
they do it by themselves.
3. How the program can be implemented?
We will start this program by doing socialization to parent. In order to get
more participant, we will try to socialize it in a public event like car free day. We
will open a free breakfast stand to attract parents. Then the parent as a
participant will be given socialization about the importance of breakfast, how to
organize time so you will be able to have breakfast and also can provide
breakfast for your children. Moreover, we will socialize about the kind of
breakfast menu that parents can choose.
For easier access to our program, we will post our material such as poster
and video that contains everything about breakfast on our social media account
like instagram, twitter, youtube and facebook. We will also give some challenge
to interest people and to introduce our program. The other by, the parents post
breakfast that they prepared and then post it on social media account that they
have with hashtag #BreakfastForBetterLife.
