ATIMS deals with optimum utilization of resources like aircraft and airspace with capacity

constrained airfields, through air traffic flow management via central command center.

Most airfields in India face.massive resource crunch, as Airfield terminals handle more
passengers than their capacity.

ATIMS is expected to cut down flight delays by synchronizing aircraft movements with real time
conditions.

ATIMS is designed to process the demand and capacity information, and provide decision
making tools to air traffic flow control authorities, via collaborative process - to ensure regulated
flow of air traffic at each Airfield in India.

C-ATFM system is supposed by 36 Flow Management Position at various airfields in India,.
