Protective cover for the anchor bolt’s thread and nuts

Introduction A common issue which comes up after some period of time is the oxidation of the nuts and threads.
In order to prevent this phenomenon, ZINCOMETAL S.A. designs and manufactures protective “cap”
cover for the anchor bolt’s thread and nuts. In that way the nuts are effectively greased and with the ideal
quantity.

Protective cover

Features • Polyethylene in black or dark grey color.

• Very high resistance to chemical and atmospheric factors.
• Resistance to extreme temperatures from -25°C to +80°C (permanent temp.) and up to +130°C
(instant temp.).
• The protective cover is flexible with a strengthening interior which is helping to suit perfectly on the nut
and the thread.
• The base of the cover is equipped with a wide and flexible lip, to ensure the seal with the poles base
plate.

• Easy maintenance of the nuts cause of the right balance of the grease.
