1. Virginia C. Cerrado, a resident of Rizal St. Tuy, Batangas.

is an employee of St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, Tuy, Batangas. Despite of the compliance with the
Enhanced Community Quarantine being implemented by the government, her service in the
parish is still very much needed for its day-to-day operation.

As far as the parish can ascertain, the aforementioned employee do not manifest any indication
of illness. She had also been advised to take the necessary precautionary measures and hygienic
practices as recommended by the health authorities.

We are hoping for your kind consideration and positive response by permitting her to travel to
and from the parish.
