Comments: Zainab is a pleasure to have as a mentee. #2 - I think the nerves of starting out in a classroom keeps Zainab’s 
enthusiasm from coming out. I think it will come across to the kids more once she becomes more relaxed in the classroom. 
#5 This is Zainab’s big area for growth as she becomes more comfortable projecting her voice and presence in the 
classroom. Her determination shows that she is capable of this growth in time. #8 Excellent on the first three qualities! 
The student rapport is an area for growth that again will come with time and comfort with her role in the classroom.
