* Rendering servers – the number of rendering servers influences overall efficiency of the rendering process. One
rendering server can easily handle 25 000 60x40cm canvas per month or 5 000 A4 photo books per month.

Printbox editors are built with modern, scalable and reliable technologies to bring
improvements in usability and user experience within editors. HTML5 means well
HTML5 editors designed, dynamic and cross-browser compatible application and website which
results in a better customer journey without a need to install any other program.
It works on any device: smartphone, tablet, desktop.
We provide the best possible service by using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your
Amazon Web Cloud web shop will be hosted with Amazon Web Services and this is included in every
Hosting package. This way we can bring up new servers in minutes, which means shorter
downtimes, increased global reach, improved high traffic handling and safety.
When you receive payment, our renderer starts working automatically and prepares
files to print to meet the best industry standards. You do not have to worry about
compatibility and handling transparency. The number of rendering servers influence
overall efficiency of the rendering process. The table below shows how many projects
of a specific type a single server is able to render approximately hourly/daily/monthly.

TECHNOLOGY
Getbox is an application that is an integral part of the Printbox package. The program
is installed by our team of implementation on your computer (supported operating
systems: Linux, Windows, Mac OS). It guarantees proper synchronization of all projects.
Getbox
This program makes sure that the project was downloaded only once, it validates it
and then determines as synchronized, and changes the status of the file. This way you
distinguish files ( jobs) that have already been printed from those which are not.
JSON – a common data format describing the details of the project created by your client.
It contains information about all the features you need to know before printing the job,
for example: theme used, size, number of pages, etc. This file is generated automatically
JSON file in backend and sent directly to the Getbox folder (alongside with rendered projects) but
can also be found in the admin panel. It is important because it collects all the detailed
information about project that has to go to print in one place. The file is readable both for
the machine/system and for you. Getbox and JSON make the integration process of the

The number of independent websites that you would like to manage with Printbox are
limited to 1 in our Lite and Standard packages, but our Premium package lets you manage
Stores/Brands multiple stores. It gives you the possibility to run many stores in a single back-office.
You can brand each of your stores differently to match products that you sell, set a
different default language, currency or tax class, etc.
To drive real sales from mobile, a responsive website is not enough. You need dedicated
high performing apps, both for Android and iOS. You can sell photobooks, calendars,
prints and canvas with Printbox mobile apps. These native apps were designed with a

mobile-first approach, so the usability is perfectly optimized for small screens and every
customer can design his or her products smoothly. That way you’ll be able to convert
mobile clients efficiently.
One product family is a group of products that can be identified with the same
characteristics, like photo books or photo calendars. From a customers’ perspective

A single unique template is a ready to use design of a photo product. There is a set of

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
You, as a client, have a full control over what services our team will do for you.
An unused number of hours monthly can be transferred to the next billing period
(next month), increasing the package of hours temporarily. The increased package

may use up to 150% of the basic number of hours monthly.
PRICES
The license fee consists of the price for the current version of the software and

The mobile app license fee consists ofthe price for the current version of the
Mobile App license fee software and 15 service hours for the implementation. This fee covers both, Android
and iOS versions.

The support fee covers the maintenance of your website, the access to our Help
and the access to the Technical Support system through Freshdesk. Furthermore,
we provide you with regular monthly updates without any extra charge. New
Support fee
features, improvements, and fixes to Printbox editors and the back office are
included in this fee. This does not require anything from your side, it is going on “in
the background”.
This fee covers the storage of your customer’s projects and photos. We calculate
figures every month based on a daily average and a monthly average. To the total
size of user’s file (in GB) we are calculating all files that are sent to the IT system,

XML files) and rendered projects (template assets or files required to launch the
system are not included).
The transaction fee is % from your net sales (excluding tax, shipping and any kind
