We can’t speak highly enough of Blain. He initially reached out about helping in
our Glasgow popup shop at the end of last year, at which he became an
invaluable member of the team, carrying out any job we asked of him with no
word of fuss or worry from us about his performance. This continued during his
time in the office, where he spent time with each member of staff, learning
about their individual roles and then assisting with various tasks. His motivation
and interest in the work was brilliant and very refreshing for all of us to see.
Honestly struggling to think of too much to add here that hasn’t been
covered above. Perhaps the only thing I would say is I’d like to see Blain grow
to become a little more confident in his abilities. He’s hard working and
extremely capable, handling absolutely everything we asked of him. I think the
confidence will naturally come as he continues to spend more hours and
experience within the industry, at which point he could go on to have a very
good career in music. He’d be an asset to any team.
