Key Preventive Measures Currently in place with your workforce to limit the spread of COVID 19
1. Communication to workforce through awareness posters, training/TBT/Daily briefing the
followings: a) Corona virus illness symptoms b) Practice good personal hygiene c) Practice good workplace cleaning habits d) Increase social distancing e) Travel advice f) Reporting of onsite illness 2. Onsite Medical arrangement a) Full time male nurse b) First aid response room with isolation ward c) Self-declaration form for visitors and leave return employees 3. Onsite Cleaning and hygiene arrangement a) Regular cleaning of site toilets and rest areas with disinfection liquid b) Hand soap dispenser provided in all toilet and being refilled regularly c) Distribution of hand sanitizer in all offices d) Removal of waste regularly 4. If a person develops symptoms at work suggestive of COVID19 OR a person calls in sick with a diagnosis of COVID19 and has been recently at work: a) The persons line manager should be notified b) The person should be provided with a surgical mask and instructed to avoid contact with other staff whilst medical advice is obtained c) All other persons coming into contact should wear a mask d) Urgent telephone contact should be made to inform Program management duty phone # 0505567242 and AD Port control room# 800112. e) The local health authority should be contacted for advice (if required) transport to hospital/clinic/home should be arranged as advised (mask should be worn) f) Those in close contact with the individual, from up to one day before the onset of symptoms, should be identified. g) The workplace should be decontaminated. 5. If a person with probable COVID-19 virus symptoms requires care or first-aid attention at work till medical assistance arrives: a) The person should, as far as possible, be isolated from others. b) The attendant should follow the infection control measures including: Careful attention to hand hygiene by thorough washing with soap and water; Placing a surgical mask (if available) on the ill person and any attendants Waterproof gloves and apron should be worn for cleaning up any body fluid spillages. Surfaces contaminated by body fluids should be cleaned using a Dettol solution All other surfaces with which the person may have been in contact should be decontaminated using a Dettol solution All gloves, aprons, masks and cleaning materials should be placed in waterproof bags or containers for safe disposal as required by the local health authority. If a toilet is required, one should be identified, made available for the exclusive use of the ill person and isolated for decontamination after use. 6. COVID-19 Precautions at camp. Daily thermal scanning by camp management for all workforce People coming from leave self-quarantine for 14 days in isolation room and monitor by camp management medical team Corona virus illness symptoms displayed in camp rooms If any symptoms noticed the local health authority should be contacted by camp management
