CACEA Guihao-an IA as the 4 t h Runner-up in the CY 2018 Search for Outstanding
IA(CIS Category) during the Awarding Ceremony on June 21, 20l9 at the NIA
Central Office, Quezon City

perform every act necessary to render effective the power to receive
