PROPOSITION 65 WARNING(PR65)
All items manufactured aer June 30,2018 must now have a PR65 warning label on the
product itself(on rang label) and packaging (near UPC) if such warning is required due to
harmful chemicals. As you know there are huge penales up to $10 000 per unit for
non-compliance and non-sckered goods. Curs will hold each factory responsible and will
debit and/or claim from the factory any damages or losses for factories non conformity with
CA Prop 65.
• Warning Symbol: The new warnings must contain a symbol consisng of a black
exclamaon point in a yellow equilateral triangle with a bold black outline.
• On-product/packaging Warnings: the following is necessary for compliance: 1) the yellow
warning symbol; 2) the word “WARNING” in all capital leers, in bold print; and 3) one of the
following applicable references to the OEHHA createdwebsite: i) “Cancer -
www.P65Warnings.ca.gov <hp://www.P65Warnings.ca.gov>”; ii) “Reproducve Harm -

8. Factory is required to provide the 40HQ full container loading quantity
