Uplands Elementary is full of wonderful teachers. I feel that in order to make
the most of my time here and to optimize my learning experience I should take the opportunity - as it is allowed to me - to observe the teaching and classroom environment of a range of teachers. This will allow me not only to see diversity among teaching styles, but will also allow me to experience the classroom environment of a range of grade levels which will strengthen my role as an elementary school teacher.

- Amount of time spent in other - Danielle Van Herk and I will make it classrooms - Reflections on what I am learning known to other teachers that I am from other teachers seeking the opportunity to observe other classes - Danielle and I will put together a google form which allows teachers to sign up, if they are willing, for time slots that they would like me to observe them for - I will check the google form and use a portion of my allotted research time to observe in other classrooms

Goal 2: In my previous practicum experiences classroom management is an area which I have sought to improve. Although I feel that I have improved since PSI, I believe that I still have a lot of room for growth in this area.
