Professional Growth Plan

Destiny Rothenburg PS III 2020

To experience a range of teaching styles across different grade levels and


Goal 1: subjects.

Uplands Elementary is full of wonderful teachers. I feel that in order to make


the most of my time here and to optimize my learning experience I should take
the opportunity - as it is allowed to me - to observe the teaching and
classroom environment of a range of teachers. This will allow me not only to
see diversity among teaching styles, but will also allow me to experience the
classroom environment of a range of grade levels which will strengthen my
role as an elementary school teacher.

Goal 2: In my previous practicum experiences classroom management is an area
which I have sought to improve. Although I feel that I have improved since
PSI, I believe that I still have a lot of room for growth in this area.
