We are looking for an experienced and proactive project coordinator with

excellent organizational and presentation skills with a depth in analytical
knowledge.

Designation: ​Associate – Production and Delivery

TEAM:​ CONTENT
Primary Responsibilities:

● Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules.

● Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
● Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
● Ensuring proper workflow of the ongoing project(s) and keep a track of changes
affecting deadlines.
● Ensuring project(s) adhere to frameworks and all the documentation is maintained
appropriately for each project.
● Ensure stakeholder views are managed and provide solutions where applicable.
● Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project
team members.
● Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
● Taking ownership of your own and the team’s growth!

Requirements
● The candidate should be at least graduate in any field.
● Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
● Insights into Agile methodologies(scrum etc.) and should have familiarity with tools
such as Trello, Jira, Basecamp etc.
● Exceptional competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets.

Required Work Experience

● Candidates having 1-2 years of experience regarding project management and
coordination have an extra edge (not mandatory though).

Compensation and Other Details:

● Compensation is as per industry standards.
● We work on a 5-day weekly cycle with Saturdays and Sundays off.
