Paglaum, Tuburan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. Do name, constitute
and appoint MARIFE ASUBAR of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 0126 B.
Aquino St., San Jose Dist., Pagadian City, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, for and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts, to wit:

1. To claim and withdraw my salary for the month of Sept. 2 to

December 31, 2019 from the Treasurer’s Office of the Provincial
Government of Zamboanga del Sur, Cash Division, Provincial
Capitol, Pagadian City;

2. To sign and execute any pertinent papers relative to the powers

herein granted.
