EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH L. DIONES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT, made and executed by and

among:

MAY B. DIONES, of legal age, widow, Filipino Citizen, with

residence and postal address at 75-I Balingasa St., Balintawak, Quezon
City;

MARIANNE JOY B. DIONES, 16 years of age, single, Filipino citizen,

with residence and postal address at 75-I Balingasa St., Balintawak,
Quezon City;

-and-

MARIANNE JOY B. DIONES, 15 years of age, single, Filipino citizen,

with residence and postal address at 75-I Balingasa St., Balintawak,
Quezon City;

WITNESSETH

That we are the legitimate wife and children and the only surviving
heirs of the deceased JOSEPH L. DIONES who died on July 2, 2015 at
Meycauyan, Bulacan, leaving several personal properties to wit:

1. BANK DEPOSITS AT BANCO DE ORO, SM NORTH EDSA,

QUEZON CITY
to wit:

A) Time Deposit under Account No. 6055276

B) Time Deposit under Account No. 6055277
C) Savings Deposit under Account No. 100670485756
D) Savings Deposit under Account No. 100670519375

2. PHILAM LIFE INSURANCE

WHEREAS, there are no known debts or obligation due against

the estate of said decedent;

WHEREAS, to the best knowledge and information of the

parties hereto, the said deceased left no debts;
 WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the parties hereto to
divide, partition and adjudicate among themselves the entire estate
particularly the above described personal properties extra-judicially
in the manner and form hereinafter set forth;

In the Bank Deposit mentioned above May B. Diones is gets

50% and the remaining 50% to be divided equally among the 3 of
them with May B. Diones gets 1/3 of the 50%;

On the Philam Life Insurance, proceeds May B. Diones likewise

gets 50% and the remaining 50% she gets 1/3 of the remaining
50%. May B. Diones is given the authority to execute the above
provisions.

NOW THEREFORE; for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises, and invoking the provision of Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court, the parties hereto have by these presents agreed as they hereby
do so agree to divide, partition and adjudicate among themselves the
above-described personal properties, adjudicating as they adjudicate in
the manner provided in the preceding provision;

Subject, however to the liabilities by Rule 74 Section 4 of the Rules

of Court, in favor of any other possible heirs, creditors and other persons
who might be deprived of their lawful participation in the estate of the
decedent, for a period of two (2) years;

That, in the remote event that any other property of the decedent
should ever be found which is not included herein-above, the parties
hereto further agree as they do so agree to settle and distribute the same
in like manner and proportion as herein established and disposed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
