NON-DISCLOSURE and CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered into on ______________ (EFFECTIVE DATE) by:

JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTIONS, (herein referred to as JAMS) a duly registered

business under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with a business address
at 2nd Floor, J Quinto Building, 37 Tomas Morato Avenue, Quezon City,
represented by its owner Ms. Maricar Moina aka Ms. Angel Flores;

-and-

___________________________ (herein referred to as ASPIRANT), of legal age,

a resident of __________________, who wishes to participate in the competition
JAMS TOP MODELS (herein referred to as COMPETITION);

JAMS, is engaged in promoting and enhancing talents in the showbiz industry;

JAMS, upholds that it has a goodwill and reputation to protect and pursuant to its
business and goodwill, holds its annual competition entitled “JAMS TOP
MODELS”, that its guidelines and mechanics are attached hereunto as annex
______;

ASPIRANT agrees, by signing below that the competition, information, guidelines,

and mechanics of the same are considered part of the goodwill and reputation of
JAMS;

In order to participate in this competition, ASPIRANT understood the requirements

and qualifications laid down in the guidelines and mechanics;

ASPIRANT further understood that the Registration Fee in the amount of

PHILIPPINE PESO THREE THOUSAND (PHP 3,000) is part of the guidelines
and mechanics once qualified to be a part of the competition and Non refundable;

ASPIRANT agrees, that all material and information of this competition is

confidential, and agrees to uphold the same by preventing with all means necessary
the disclosure of the confidential information, and will put in place adequate safety
measures to maintain these information in secret and protected;

ASPIRANT, further agrees, that in acquiring the information, he/she will not in
any way tarnish the goodwill and reputation of JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTIONS in
any manner;

The parties hereby sign this agreement on Effective Date.
